META's brief MC-CBT Program is designed for you if you want to:
Audios of all traditional guided formal MBSR meditations audios & brief modular practices
Topic review audios to support application of skills in everyday life.
A workbook, e-reminders, & brief hand-outs to support practice and application
Optional confidential assessments to identify & target specific mental and behavioral habits
Guidance matching mindfulness & other CBT practices to current wellness intentions.
Ongoing tune-up practice meetings seasonally
In addition to in-person training program, participants also receive:
META’s MC-CBT-RP program begins with a no-cost orientation that is also a foundational training in mindfulness, compassion & CBT.
At the no-cost orientation (also the foundational training), you will:
Learn about the specific elements of the 4- & 8-week programs & research findings about their benefits
Directly experience MC-CBT-RP practices taught by Chris Molnar, Ph.D
Determine if the program is a good match for current needs

MC-CBT begins on Saturdays starting 10/12/2019 until 11/9/2019 (except 11/02/18) from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m.
(After orientation on 10.12.19 it is OK to miss sessions that can be made-up during future cycles of the training program)
Note: There is an option to continue after MC-CBT to complete traditional MBCT/MBSR on Saturdays at same time December 7, 14, 21, & 28 of 2019
